Why I Do This Work

Throughout my career, I noticed something.

Leaders rarely struggled because they didn't care.

They struggled because they were carrying the weight of decisions they didn't want to get wrong.

The conversations they avoided.

The employee they wanted to help but also needed to hold accountable.

The performance issue that had gone on too long.

The workplace conflict that was quietly affecting an entire team.

The termination that would impact someone's livelihood.

Those moments are rarely simple.

And they're rarely just about policies.

They're about people.

I've yet to meet a leader who woke up excited to have a termination conversation or address a difficult performance issue. Most aren't avoiding the conversation because they don't care, they're avoiding it because they care deeply about getting it right.

That's where I found my purpose.

Helping leaders think clearly when the stakes are high.

Some of the most important leadership decisions happen behind closed doors, long before anyone else sees the outcome.

For nearly 15 years, I've partnered with leaders through some of the most challenging moments they'll face.

I've coached executives through difficult conversations.

Conducted workplace investigations.

Helped organizations navigate employee relations concerns.

Designed leadership development programs.

Built HR systems that create clarity instead of confusion.

And through every experience, one belief has remained constant:

Organizations never have to choose between protecting the business and treating people with dignity.

The strongest leaders know how to do both.

That's the work I love.

Beyond the Resume

Outside of my work, I'm a wife, mom, and someone who believes healthy organizations are built by healthy leaders.

I value honesty, curiosity, accountability, and grace—and those values influence every conversation I have with clients.

Whether we're navigating a difficult employee situation or building a stronger leadership team, I believe people deserve to be treated with dignity while organizations deserve practical guidance that helps them thrive.

Why Cultiv8 Grace?

After years of serving organizations from the inside, I created Cultiv8 Grace HR Solutions because I saw a need.

Many growing organizations don't need another policy.

They don't need generic HR advice.

They need someone who can help them slow down, see what they may be missing, and move forward with confidence.

Someone who understands both the business implications and the human impact.

Someone who asks thoughtful questions, sees what others might overlook, and helps leaders move forward with confidence.

That's exactly why Cultiv8 Grace exists.

What You Can Expect

When we work together, my goal isn't to tell you what to do.

It's to help you think more clearly than you could alone.

You'll receive practical guidance rooted in experience, thoughtful questions that uncover what matters most, and honest conversations that help you make decisions with confidence.

You'll also receive something that's becoming increasingly rare...

A partner who's willing to slow down, listen carefully, and help you navigate the situation—not just solve it.

I don't believe difficult workplace situations have to define an organization.

Handled thoughtfully, they can become opportunities to strengthen leadership, build trust, and create healthier workplace cultures.

That's why I do this work.

Because there's almost always a better way forward.

I don't believe the best leaders always have the answers.

I believe they ask better questions.
